WD256 Cast Alloy Wheel
WD256 is a cast alloy wheel (rim) in 2 finishes: Gloss Black Machined Face and Matte Black + Milled Window + Clear Coat. It is an OEM-fit replacement, made to the size, bolt pattern, offset and center bore of the original wheel. It comes in 17–19 inch: 7 sizes (17x7, 17x7.5, 17x9, 18x7.5, 18x8, 18x9 and more), 3 bolt patterns (5x112, 6x139.7 and 5x100), offset ET 0–45 mm and center bore 57.1–110.1 mm. Listed for Volkswagen. What these numbers mean
- Size (D x J)
- Diameter in inches, then rim width in inches: 17x7 is a 17 inch wheel with a 7 inch wide rim. The J after a width, as in 7J, names the rim flange profile.
- Offset (ET)
- The distance in mm from the wheel's centerline to its mounting face. WD256 comes in ET 0–45; a lower ET sits the wheel further out.
- Bolt pattern (PCD)
- The number of bolts and the diameter in mm of the circle they sit on: 5x112 is 5 bolts on a 112 mm circle. It must match the vehicle.
- Center bore (CB)
- The central hole that sits over the vehicle's hub: 57.1–110.1 mm for WD256. A bore larger than the hub needs centering rings.
